Skanda Navaratnam, Basir Faizi and Majeed Kayhan were all included as potential victims. And in April 2013, now-retired Toronto police Det.-Sgt Deb Harris and another officer flew all the way to Bern, Switzerland to interview Dubach about his tip in person.
